  • How does your subscription service work?
    Your subscription service will be billed at the date of purchase. After your initial purchase your chosen method of payment will automatically be charged on the same date of each subscription cycle (ie. monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly), OR according your PayPal agreement, with items being shipped shortly thereafter.
  • What are your shipping policies?
    All packages are shipped via recognized carriers unless otherwise specified. ​ Please allow 7 to 10 days for receipt of domestic packages. International packages will take longer depending upon the destination. ​ After your initial purchase your chosen method of payment will automatically be charged on the same date of each subscription cycle (ie. monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly), OR according your PayPal agreement, with items being shipped shortly thereafter. Custom order shipping times will vary depending on item availability. Customers will be emailed a tracking number after your purchase was successfully completed. International customers will receive a tracking number by request only, and may incur an additional charge. Express items are by request only and will incur additional charges. ​ Our items leave our facility in good shipping order. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in shipping. ​ The Hutch will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods stated, but will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control.
  • How do I use Coupon Codes?
    Enter your Coupon Code at checkout and the amount will be taken off of your order.
  • My order has shipped, but has not arrived?
    We provide all shipments with a tracking number. Please access the carrier's website to find the location of your package. Still can't find it? Email us at info@thehutchsisters.com and we'll look into it. International package? Send us your details and we'll do our best to track it down
  • I need to change my preferred payment method.  What do I do?
    All PayPal customers can directly manage their own account at www.paypal.com. All other customers may contact us at info@thehutchsisters.com.
  • I need to change my address information.  What do I do?
    All PayPal customers can directly manage their own account at www.paypal.com. All other customers may contact us at info@thehutchsisters.com.
  • I forgot to update my address for my subscription box and my order was Returned To Sender. What happens now?
    If you have changed your address prior to our shipping date, or have enter your address incorrectly, a charge of $20 ($6 for the Return to Sender Fee and $14 for reshipment) will be invoiced to you if you wish for your subscription box to be reshipped. Please note: The Hutch is not held accountable for any packages that have been shipped with incorrect shipping information. However, if you have updated your shipping address and your box was still shipped to the wrong address, please email us at info@thehutchsisters.com and we would be happy to help you out!
  • I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    All items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or credits.
  • What if I don't like what I receive?
    The Hutch spends many hours sourcing and testing our products. We believe that we have unique and quality products that most people will enjoy. If you feel differently, please pass these products on to your friends and family.
  • I would like to cancel my subscription service. What do I do?
    All PayPal customers can directly manage their own account through the PayPal website at www.paypal.com. All other customers can contact us at info@thehutchsisters.com.
